To the maximum extent permitted by law, A4 Malta shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your booking or the services provided by third-party suppliers.

This includes, but is not limited to, liability for personal injury, property damage, theft, delays, or any other loss resulting from the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party provider.

3. Data Privacy & Sharing

We collect personal data (name, email, payment details) to process your bookings. We share this data with our third-party suppliers solely to facilitate your service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Your Rights & Retention

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of your booking or as required by Maltese law.
